Gracie was taken off the road on 18th July 2010

for some serious restoration work.

Engine removed, engine bay cleaned

and painted.  Gracie generally tidied up.

Gracie's replacement engine is getting tired, so her

original engine is being rebuilt after 125,000 miles

Gracie was taken off the road from 7th September until

8th December 2024 for some more serious restoration work.

Gracie's chassis leg developed a stress fracure, so it was replaced.

Also, later in the year, the radiator was replaced.

Gracie was invited to the NEC as she is a dual-personality car

So, the race is on to get her refreshed for showing in 19 days!

Gracie had a runing problem which I thought was

the distributor. It was a valve, so I replaced it.

Gracie's original differential finally gave up after

62 years and 263,000 miles! So, I replaced it.
